Opened or used tools, power equipment, or consumables (such as batteries or lubricants) are not eligible for a refund.

Special order items
Items that have been used, damaged, or are no longer in their original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Items: If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please notify us within 2 business days of receiving the product.

Ship the item back with the RMA label to the address we provide.
Do not write anything on the original packing box. Items won't be accepted otherwise

Return Shipping Costs: The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Additionally, the customer must ensure the returned items are adequately insured during shipping. We are not liable for any loss or damage to items during the return process.
